• Visit site weekly, spot-check up to 15 pages, & report any downage or issues found
• Scheduled Monthly Check-In Phone Call(s), up to 60 minutes/mo
• Submit edits through email and we will take care of it for you.
• Basic weekly updates* or 1 major update** per quarter.
• Free Recommendations and Advice (If we see something that can be done in an easier or better way we will offer our advice and services when applicable.)
• Monthly SEO Evaluation and Written Checklist

 

Quarterly Commitment Required. (Q1 Jan-Mar, Q2 April-Jun, Q3 Jul-Sept, Q4 Oct-Dec.)

The package continues quarter to quarter unless canceled by the 15th of the month prior to the new quarter. Sales on quarterly items are good on 1 quarter only unless stated otherwise. Normal pricing will follow.

Basic Weekly updates are sales, adding a product, adding a photo, updating text or other quick but frequently needed updates to keep the content of the website fresh. Editing and can be broken down into up to 4 requests weekly.

Major update**

Major updates are generally related to the development of the website or a creative new piece of content for the site which takes significant design or development time. One major project per quarter. Must be approved or partially approved on a case by case basis as appropriate in scope for this service listing price.

Please Note: Allotted design/development can be used however is necessary, if you need help with a larger project than this service can cover we can discuss options for doing the full project, or agree on a smaller scope of work, or break down the needs into a schedule and work on some each quarter.

Hosting paid plugins, and/or other 3rd party expenses not included, this package includes the design and development only.
