  • 100+ Outreach Phone calls weekly including follow up calls/Answering Call Backs, and Re-calling same prospects to follow up if no progress is made, or to move to the next sales step.
  • Data Scrubbing / Information Verification for databases /Spreadsheets (We will check and verify in the same week the lists/ contacts we are calling and fill in as much as we can find into the CRM or Spreadsheet.
  • Sending follow up materials to prospects by email after consent is given.
  • Using feedback to communicate progress and adjust approach (CRM setup, scripts, materials, & phone call targets not included)
  • Continuing to research prospects and add to database(s) at a rate which allows for the number of calls per week (or discussed period) to continue without running out of leads.
  • Prioritization of top leads (top 5-100)
