Missing Scheduled Appointments

No Call No Shows/Last Minute Cancels:

Missed meetings will be charged at full price if it is a no-call-no-show, or if the meeting is canceled within 15 minutes of the start time or after it has begun. If this is a complimentary meeting “Full Price” will be $55 on your next bill, or adjustment to your customer account wallet.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice:

Whether or not the appointment is paid or complimentary if you cancel a scheduled and confirmed appointment without 24 hours notice there will be a $25 missed appointment fee added to your next bill or adjustment to your customer account wallet, per missed appointment.

Please consider:

• Client meetings are scheduled in advance which takes them off the table for other paying customers.
• Missing scheduled and confirmed appointments is unfair to others as often M Designs is fully booked and some people have to wait over a week or 2 to schedule a meeting.
• When a meeting is canceled at the last minute it limits how our staff can use this time.

We understand life happens. If you miss one appointment within a 3-month time frame, no penalty or fee will be charged.

If you are late for a meeting our team will use the time we are waiting to service your account so that no time is wasted, please just communicate that you are running late as soon as possible and you will not be charged a fee.

When appointment times are offered via text/email/messenger and you do not confirm through the calendar so it is marked as confirmed, M Designs will not hold the time available and it is free to be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We honor our own rules: If M Designs must cancel without proper notice you will receive the same late fee we charge customers credited to your customer wallet because we value your time as much as our own!
