How to create a child theme.

  1. Create a new folder for the child theme in the themes folder. Name it the same as its parentexcept add: -child at the end.
  2. Add a .css file called style.css
  3. Paste this code into the .css (except updated to correct template name):

  4. Next add a functions.php file to the same directory as the .css.
  5. Paste this code into the .php: <?php
